Women’s league stalled until netting effects checked

As the small pitch netting is completed and junior football returns to the smaller pitches Women’s football is still stalled. CoreSportGib that until a test friendly match takes place to see what effect the roof netting will have on play no decision will be made on the continuation of the league.

San Roque fined for playing Rock XI

Reports are emerging this afternoon, through official football sources, that CD San Roque have been allegedly fined 7,000 euros by the Spanish FA after playing against a Rock XI selection last Saturday. No official confirmation has yet been obtained.

Maccabi and Pheonix take Xplode Cups

A very well attended Xplode Futsal Trophy Tournament was held this Sunday for both the Under 21s and Senior teams. The Under 21 trophy was won by Maccabi Benchwarmers who beat Rock 54 in the final in a penalty shoot out. The senior trophy was won by Pheonix against surprise finalist Titans. Full feature report…
