Europa FC have announced that they will be parts way with Head coach and Assistant Coach the brothers Carrasco. The news comes with just two matches for Europa FC to play and a Rock Cup Final still due be played.
In a press statement issued on Facebook the club said “The Club and the Head Coach and Assistant Coach of the first team have today mutually agreed to part company. The club would like to express its gratitude to Dimas and David Carrasco for all their hard work this season and would like to wish them both the very best in their future endeavours.”
The brothers, although not getting the club into the Champions qualifiers have successfully managed the club into the Europa League qualifiers once again, ensuring their presence in the Rock Cup Final and as runners up in the league.
On Sunday the club will receive its runners-up medal, although it is not known whether the brothers will be present.
Europa FC will now have to seek a new manager as it prepares for its qualifying round matches on the 30th June.
Following the announcement there is wide speculation as to whom will take over with former Gibraltar national coach Bula among the names being mooted by many.
